Hello Neighbors!
Just wanted to quickly update you regarding an issue that was brought to the attention of the board. There has been a recent increase in non-homeowners using the tennis court. It is not exactly clear who these people are and it does not always seem to be the same people. This past week has been particularly problematic. The tennis court is for use by homeowners and their guests only. Use by non-homeowners is considered trespassing. We are trying to monitor and correct this as best we can so that it does not continue. We are asking for your help in this endeavor as well. The tennis court is open for use by any homeowner, and we encourage you to use it to full effect. Please keep the following in mind:
- When you do use the court, please have identification such as your pool tag readily available.
- If you are asked if you are a homeowner, please be considerate to the person asking – the question is precautionary and not accusatory.
- If you have a guest, please make sure your guest leaves when you leave the court.
- If you see someone using the court that you believe is not a homeowner, please feel free to ask that person for identification that they are a homeowner. You should ask the person to leave if they are not a homeowner.
- You can also contact the Murfreesboro Police (615-893-1311) as this is trespassing and there is signage to that effect on the fence to the tennis court and pool area.
