Welcome to the Breckenridge Home Owners Associations Web Site.  We hope you will find the information posted here informative and useful.

 There are several new areas added to this website this year.  One of the key areas you can browse is on the right side of the home page which you will find neighborhood materials distributed throughout the year including or newsletters, neighborhood documentation and our board and committee members listings.  Additional links to other important associations are toward the bottom.

The other areas of interest are:

Home page – Opening page that shows the general pictures of the neighborhood and the web page main links.  There are several hot button hyperlinks on the page to make use of.
Events page – This corkboard will be updated at least quarterly when board member meet.  Important dates and / or community notes will be posted in this area. 
Pool page – This is where our neighborhood photo gallery is located along with our pool and party rules. 
Directory page – If you have a change in status and want to notify the BHOA for their use in notifications and/or our directory update please use this page and its input function.  This will be sent directly to an email account that will be monitored and used to collect this information when it comes in throughout the year.
Contact us page- Located on this page is a Google earth map for your use along with another way to contact the BHOA board members of any concerns.
